BT login keeps going to email so can't manage account

Every time I sign in system automatically goes to email which means I can't check passwords, bills or packages.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your BTID. Can you try a different browser and let me know if that helps? Can you post screen shots of what you're seeing? (please edit any personal details before posting)
