BT return kit - only partially received

Hello

 

I sent my kit back (BT Hub and BT TV) in the same package on 10 September (my return window was until 20 October) and it was confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail on 14 September. I have since received confirmation that the TV kit has been returned but the BT Hub is still showing as awaiting returns. I have proof of postage, but I'm wondering if I'll still be charged for the missing BT Hub?

Call BT 0800.i00.150 with Proof of Postage and they will update your account.
