Hi, I'm writing this for a bit of help about claiming my reward card. I was sent an email to claim it and when I did it took me to a rewards page that was empty. So I tried the online messaging help to say I couldn't claim it and was told to email or call the bt card email, I emailed them telling them the situation and they replied to call bt themselves. I cannot make any calls right now. My service was install on the 17th of June anything helps.

it takes a minimum of 14 days after activation and probably a few more to allow for cooling off period you can try message now to billing and see if they can help https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
