BT reward card not received

My service was activated on the 27th November and I received an email on the 12th December saying my rewards card will be with me soon but I still haven’t received it.

when I signed up it said I would receive the rewards card within 30 days from activation

Hi @SB_86 

Have you followed the steps at BT Reward Cards and Gifts to claim your rewards card? 
Rewards cards are usually sent 30 days after activation. Please allow 10 working days for delivery.

@SB_86 Thanks for confirming, as mentioned the rewards card will have been sent out 30 days after your activation completed, so you should recieve it soon. 

But if you don't please contact our Card Services team with your order number, either on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com . They will be able to look into your reward card and help get it sorted.
