If you have all the emails etc I would contact BT Business and explain the problem to them. If you can not get a satisfactory resolution you should ask to escalate the problem to a complaint.
If you still get no resolution you should then contact the BT CEO listing your complaint and what you have done to try and resolve it. You will find her email address with an Internet search.
Your email will not get to her but it will get to the Executive Team who should then deal with the matter.

Re: BT still charging me for cancelled service
"How can BT do this"
What an overreaction as though it's a personal attack. Call BT business when open, sounds like something went wrong with the cancellation & will be easily sorted I'm sure & billing sorted too

Re: BT still charging me for cancelled service
Not an over reaction but a simple question , given that I’m seriously ill and receiving chemo right now it’s a very stressful time and not helpful to receive demands for money and threats of debt collectors , BT are not easy to get hold of on the phone .
I’ll file a complaint and take it from there

Re: BT still charging me for cancelled service
Clearly a mistake has been made in the cease but of course that can't be comprehended. I'm sure a simple call would resolve it quickly
