i had bt installed 22nd sept, im on the 37.99 full fibre 500 package, im a new customer and you can see on their website its only £5 a month on this package to add complete wifi.
i noticed later on in the day on friday wifi isnt reaching some areas so i called to add the complete wifi to my package, they said yep its all done and ordered for the £5 and said it was added on and i would get the disc in the post. didnt receive anything.
called again on monday 25th and today 26th and suddenly they said they hav no record of it and nothings been ordered. and if i want to add the wifi disc i have to change to a 52.99 a month package?? anyone that goes to their website can see its literally only £5 a month to add complete wifi to this full fibre 500 package, and im literally still a new customer and they still dont know anything about it even want to honour it? and they know nothing about the £5 a month price on their site? who can i speak to to actually get it sorted
