Can't add account to MyBT

Hi, 

I tried to add my account to MyBT but it fails. It keep saying I have successfully added account and need to wait for 5 minutes. But the bt account never actually appear.  I have no account every time I login to MyBT. 

I phoned BT but they had no idea
