BT website wont let me put email in to verify

To register to get to your billing online you put in an email address as your username and then need to type it again to verify. It will not let me put even click in the box to rewrite my email address so I’m stuck at this point, I’ve refreshed, tried a new internet page nothing will let me click in the box to type! 

I only want to be able to log on to cancel my package as I’m moving house into one that already has the internet!

You can not cancel via email. You have to phone BT to do that.

You can not take over the Internet Account at a new address you would need to start a new package.

Thank you! I will ring them to cancel then 😊

I don’t want to take over the account sorry if that’s what it read like, I just want to cancel mine as I’m moving in with my partner so don’t need it as he already has it
