Been cut off four times, waited over to hours in total, how do I speak to sales support?

Need to get a line activated for elderly lady who has a care pendant and requires phone line for the connection to the care provider system.  Finding it impossible to get through to the right department who can help.

Its quicker to do it online, and you should get an activation date.

As all phone lines are now carried over Digital Voice, you need  to check with the care pendant provider, that their system is compatible with BT Digital Voice.
