BT Virtual Reward Card

Hello. I recently took Fibre Broadband with the £50 reward card. I’ve received an email to claim this however when I click on the link in the email to claim it I log into my BT account. After this there’s no reference or mention of the reward card so I’m not sure if where to claim it? Can someone help?
