Being charged twice

Go to solution

I've just renewed my contract ( broadband & landline) I was on 700 mins for £8.63 per month for landline, It's now £3 per month for PAYG, The estimated charges for next bill in Nov is £11.63, When it should be £3, My Question is can I still use my 700 mins untill Nov bill as I'm being charged for it ,and i take it that my Dec bill will just be £3 instead of £11.63🤔

if you have renewed your contract then you no longer have 700 minute package and have selected PAYG for extra £3pm - in other words you need to pay for every outgoing call you make.

Thank you for your reply, I understand what your saying, And thought that, But my Estimated Nov bill shows I'll be paying for 700 mins £8.63 + £3 PAYG, Do you think cause month behind 🤔

It is probably because your november bill was in process when you renewed so I would expect  a small refund in december

you can try 'message us' to billing  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
