We had a death in the family and had to quickly move back home, to the USA. I called to close our account and end our contract explained the situation, even offer to provide a death certificate which has the same surname as our account. I had our neighbor return all our equipment since we left quite quickly.
We are now back in the USA and getting notices we still owe on our account since we terminated the contract early. Isn't there a special circumstance situation where the early termination fees are dismissed when there is a death? And since we are back home, we are unable to make a call since without it costing $100 since you are on hold for a while and there is no chat option when I open my browser, I believe it is because we are in the USA. And there is no email to contact them, so here I am not sure what to do.
