Blowing off steam at BT's Farewell Gift

Fedup of BT's mid-contract price increases I patiently waited for my contract to expire and then moved to an altnet, saving me, based on this months BT bill for broadband alone,  £42 per month and in return BT gave a a nice going away present of another £20 on top of my broadband bill for TV services which they haven't supplied since 04th November.

Thanks very much BT for robbing me blind.

I know it can be a shock when the bill is higher than expected.

Was your bill created before the TV service was cancelled? 

Were you out of contract for the TV package?
