With the greatest of respect, why do you think I have an unrealistic expectation? Is it maybe because of Customer services? Like maybe the first call handler saying it would be fixed Saturday, then Saturday guy telling us Sunday, then Sunday woman saying it’d be 48hrs then Monday woman saying it would be the end of Tues and then Tuesday guy saying Wednesday 12pm but still nothing? 

would this give you false expectations?
