Broadband and landline

Why am I now being charged an extra £3 a month for my landline when it is supposed to be included in my broadnband package?

Re: Broadband and landline

A phone connection is now an option with a broadband contract. I'm not clear what information you have that states it's included.
You can cancel it and save the £3/month, but that may start a new 2 year contract for the broadband.

Re: Broadband and landline

If you have a landline phone you are charged £3 if you are on a Pay as You go package. This is because you are using the landline other than just for broadband.

If you have "Broadband Only" which in this instance does not include a landline phone the landline cost is included in the broadband price.
