Hi, My fibre installation couldn’t be completed because of possible tree roots blocking cable. Need pavement digging up to find blockage and new route for fibre. Told it could take weeks to organise and I need to wait to hear from BT. How can I get firm date for this. In meantime I’m without broadband and I don’t want to use btWifi hotspot.
