I claimed for reward cards in 10 June and the service was activated in 12 June. But I didn’t receive any updates about the reward cards “just an email it’s on the way” when I’m trying to track, no information is found.
So how can I track my card? Or how can I get it?

Thanks for posting about the reward card. As per the terms at Claim your BT Reward Card 'Once we know you’re happy with your service (this is usually 14 days after installation of your broadband), your reward will be sent to you. As long as you’ve claimed, there’s nothing else you have to do.'.
