Can anyone advise what to do please??
Missed payment got broadband disconnected called payed the bill straight away, got told it could be upto 24 hours later.
28 hours later still not connected called up for advice for billing to say it’s technical problem and technical to say it’s billings problem?
called them at 7pm on Sunday like instructed to do so to be told nothing we can do we don’t know! From billing and technical to refusing to speak to us. Unsure how to move forward?? Any advice please.
I think BT say the hope to reconnect in 24hrs after the late payment has been processed. As this weekend it may take bit longer before processed
