My problem with phoning is the appallingly long wait on hold🤬 - I gave up. It should also be noted that return of kit does not fit in to any of the options given.
Having searched again I eventually found the section from which I could request a label - but it was not easy.
Suggestions for improvements, which would simplify to process and so lead to more people returning kit:
- ensure the link given takes you straight to the request a label section
- have a Freepost address printed on the box of the new kit so all you have to do is put the old kit in and post - surely less bureaucratic
