Broadband package end email
Hi,
My BT broadband contract was ending and so I renewed. I was told online
during the renewal that my existing contract, "Fibre 100" costing approximately £70, no longer existed so I would have to move to a new full fibre contract also costing approximately £70.
A few days later I received a renewal reminder email from BT offering me the existing "Fibre 100" contract for £29.99!
I phoned BT broadband but they could not see the email.
I have cancelled the renewal and will try to get "Fibre 100" for £29.99.
Does anyone else have any experience with this?

Re: Broadband package end email
You say that you are currently on Fibre 100, which I assume is G.fast which still uses copper from the cabinet to the property and this has now been withdrawn by Openreach. The quotation you’ve shown states that it is for Full Fibre 100 which will require Openreach to install a new fibre cable to your property and install a new ONT. If you enter your postcode here and post the form together with the notes below it will show what is available.
