Re: Broadband price

I started the switch from BT to EE as their price was better. BT called me, matched EE price and kept me as an existing customer with a new customer deal.

Re: Broadband price

Are you comparing like for like? Often, as seen here, people complain about new customer prices without considering the extras they’re paying for that aren’t included in a basic plan. Items like a call plan (£5–£20), whole home WiFi (WiFi extenders), or unbreakable WiFi (a 4G device that takes over if the landline fails) or any combination of these can easily add £20–£30 a month. If you have any of these but don’t actually need them, then taking them wasn’t a wise choice in the first place. You can’t simply compare the bare service price to what you pay if you opt for these extras.
