Im confused , please help. I noticed a decent upgrade option today on my account. So I went ahead to upgrade but see the below screenshot from switching portal were none of the bottom 3 really apply to the situation... as I am with BT currently and just want to upgrade.
I just don't want to mess it up and have no internet for couple of weeks... any suggestions ? Anyone upgraded recently ? what did you choose ?

You shouldn't be seeing those options as an existing customer just wishing to upgrade. Not sure how you arrived at those options, I suggest you start again.
