Good afternoon 

I need to

get my mum a medical device to communicate with myself if she can not reach her phone in case of a fall ect. 

the device I have chosen requires WiFi. 

what would be the simplest/cheapest package we would need in order to obtain this?

As your mother's health is dependant on the device you've chosen it would be helpful if you stated what it was. We would then be able to tell you what you need based on the device requirements.

Believe it or not neither BT nor any other ISP's are mind readers unless you give the information they don't know.

Is it simalar to my friends scouter tracker that can be accessed by mobile internet or must it be by fixed internet access?

You will never get answers without information being given.
