Hi

I have just renewed my Fibre 100 for 24 months and asked to remove my landline, I am keeping the same broadband speed but have been told an engineer needs to come out.

Upon speaking to BT to cancel this visit, they insisted an engineer needs to com out but did not know why, can anybody help?
