I was told domestic customers were moving to EE on renewal also told I could keep my kit… but EE app doesn’t work with BT hub and now they want to send me an EE hub - service has been awful so I want to cancel within 14 days cooling and return to BT but can’t get an answer

Welcome to the community.

To get the best experience with the EE App, it's best to use the EE Router. If you don't want to do this, and want to cancel within the 14 day period, I recommend speaking with the EE Customer Care team.
