I have a bt rewards card available (had both email and text to say so) but when I go to the page is says none is available, nor anything in previously redeemed.
I have two accounts (one an old one) so not sure if this is messing with it.
Can anyone advise how to claim it?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. If you have an old account on your My BT, it could be confusing things.
If you send me your details, I'll be able to take a look at this for you to make sure you get your Reward Card.
