I am not sure if anyone has encountered this problem but I am losing my mind with trying to figure out where my rewards card is. It was supposed to be part of my subscription package in JULY 2025.
It has been almost a year and I have contacted BT customer support around 4-5 times. I am either directed to speak to the PureCard team ( who ALWAYS direct me back to BT customer support), or I am reassured that the issue was resolved and I will receive my card via my email within the next few weeks.
It’s been more than a month since the last time I talked to BT and still have not received my card or had any update
If anyone has been through the same and can help, please advise.
