I have been unable to access MyBT or my account on BT website for over a month now.
Response is "unable to access your details " and top right corner shows account "innactive" whereas normally there was my account number.
I have tried new passwords etc but no luck.
After ringing BT they said it was a technical issue at their end. Ok, but how long is this going to take to resolve? Can't access bills etc
Looks like this has happened to many users judging by this forum.
Any updates would be great, BT!
if you are using the MYBT app then there have been a few updates in last week so is you app up to date. did you try uninstall and reinstall app?
have you tried to access MYBT using web browser?
