Hi how do I get control of my subscription back from bt as my Xbox account still says managed by bt/ee and yet I don’t have option on my bt account anymore as it’s not offered

I did they didn’t want to know and being sent on a wild goose chase
@scoobybowman I’ve just done a search on this very forum about the problem you’re facing and you won’t be surprised to know that you’re not the only customer to have had this issue.
As has already been advised, your only option appears to be to contact whatever it is that passes for Customer Service to resolve your issue. As you’ve already tried and been given the merry go round, I wish you the best of luck.
