Hello,
in the next 2 months my current 2-year contract will expire and last week over the phone I was persuaded into another 2-year contract like the one I have but with fibre. However, I am having a little buyer’s remorse over such a commitment especially due to other utilities spiralling in cost.
But nowhere on the welcome email can I find who and how to contact to discuss this – anyone know?
