Re: By transfer to EE shocking ! MIS-SOLD

Sorry to hear that. Thankfully porting to another ISP is easy enough these days so if you do decide to cancel there shouldn't be any downtime. I switched last Thursday and due to be live with a new ISP on Friday so a 7 day turnaround all in.

Ended up going with Sky but you'll find plenty of Open reach providers. Just use one of the comparison sites to get an idea what offers are similar to what you have at the moment

Was with them for 10 years before BT put FTTP in my road and never had a problem so fingers crossed 🤞 Both use Openreach and Sky gave a WiFi 6 router and over 40% less for the same speeds and phone so couldn't really justify staying tbh. Time will tell 😯

The wifi 6 sky router is Sky max and costs £4 extra a month.

They give out the WiFi 6 max hub to all new customers now , the £4 is for some WiFi pods I think. I got given the white WiFi 6 one, think they disable some of the max parts but not the WiFi 6
