CLAIM REWARDS CARD

Hi there, I’ve received an email to claim my £50 rewards card but when I follow the steps go to the page where you click CLAIM YOUR REWARDS CARD OR GIFT it tells me to log in then when I log in I don’t see anything about claiming it it’s just basically MY BT I’m brought to. Is there somewhere to find the reward

when was your activation date?  you need to wait until the 14 day cooling of period has passed before you can claim reward  once passed try billing message now  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband

Still can’t find my rewards card service has been active since 25th feb now.
