Keep going round in circles logging in, entering verification codes then hanging on a page that disturbingly says Account Inactive.
What gives? Have my account details been screwed up and needs some manual intervention by a techy at BT Central?

With much respect, I did indeed look for helpful information on here before posting. Just a few questions I needed answering
Is it just me or are other users affected? The answer appears to be Yes.
Does anyone know what the problem is? The answer appears to be No.
Are BT aware of there being a problem? The answer appears to be Yes.
Do BT have any idea of when they will be able to fix the problem? No-one appears to have an answer to that but a status report from them would be appreciated.

You won’t in all likelihood get any form of status report from BT as nothing posted on this forum actually gets to BT except the Moderators who are only here to make sure the forum doesn’t descend into chaos.
