You clearly didn’t read the post that obviously irked you in its correct context (my opinion) and in my view, decided to take it to a different level.
As I say, I genuinely don’t care what you think about my posts, but at least if you’re going to respond and react, read the structure of the post correctly.

I was not at all "irked" by what you posted, I was interested where you got the information that you posted. Thank you for clarifying that it is not based on facts and is just your opinon.
I did not take it to a different level. You did that in your last paragraph of message 37 . I asked a question which apparently you didn't like the question or you didn't like the fact that I asked a question either way that is your problem not mine.
As for you genuinely not caring what I think of your posts, I have already covered that.

Why is it saying `Solved`, which this issue clearly is not solved!
I have no idea why it is saying "Solved" as I mentioned in my earlier posts I would let you know how things are progressing

I assumed it saying solved as on of the message says the following.......
If you can log onto your account there is nobody on the forum including the moderators can access your account to check what the problem is. Unfortunately you will need to continue to contact BT Billing 0330.1234.150
Issue still there this morning so I don't expect it to be fixed over weekend so will be contacting Ombudsman on Monday with the various screen shots to underpin my case and will post how complaint progresses.....
Most likely one of the moderators put this down as `Solved` when it is clearly not.
Any moderators out there, please remove this as `Solved`, because the issue is still there.
