Can’t Activate Game Pass

I’ve logged into mybt, but the content partner section isn’t showing to activate my free game pass

The Game Pass activation option is no longer showing in My BT as the offer has now ended, but if you placed your order on an eligible date our team will still be able to get this activated for you. 

If you ordered prior to the 28th of January 2025 and on an eligible plan you'll be good to go here, so please give our customer care team a shout and we'll see what we can do.
