Hi all, I've received my 'activate your BT ID' email but the link isn't working. When I click the link to activate the account all I get is three dots loading continuously. I've tried to create a BT ID from scratch using my account number but when I enter my details it tells me 'sorry this BT ID username already exists'. I've also tried different web browsers and clearing my cookies as suggested elsewhere on the internet. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.
