I recently signed up to Full Fibre which included 12 months of XBOX Game pass for free. When I log into my account there is no option to 'Add Game Pass Ultimate' or an option to go to the 'content provider'.
Any help would be appreciated?

You need to use pc/laptop to access MYBT not the app
Re: too soon. I've had a notification to say that XBOX Game Pass can now be used. I'm now signed in on a laptop and I still can't find it to try and activate it.
Notification is sent but you need also need to check the other criteria I posted. If you read other posts using search it will help you
