Sorry we can't get your account details at the moment

I want to be able to access family controls and billing info. I've registered but keep getting the above error message when I try to log in on the app, desktop and mobile. Its very frustrating!

Hi @DHickson, sorry you're having trouble accessing some parts of your MyBT. 
Please check if you've an old closed account linked to your BTID. Check if there is a drop down option beside your account number.
If you have then if you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok as the old account is most likely the cause.
