I'm having trouble cancelling my TNT Sports subscription. When I log onto My.bt.com it says I have no subscriptions and there is nothing to cancel, whilst logging onto Discovery+ tells me I have a current Discovery+ via EE/BT subscription and that any changes to my subscription must be made with my BT account, but as mentioned above my BT account says I have no subscriptions. I've been trying to cancel for the past few months and I'm not sure if I've beenlooking in the right place.

Cancellations can only be done by phone.
