Can't cancel Xbox game pass

I am coming to the end of my free game pass ultimate I got when I renewed my broadband. Will it auto renew every month through my BT broadband bill?

I can't manage my game pass on my Xbox, it says I have to do it through my BT account.

When I go to the "My products" and then "Content partners" section on my BT account there's only an option to add game pass.

You should be able to cancel your Xbox subscription by going to MyBT online account > Your Products > Gaming

There is no gaming section.

On the "Your products" page i have Broadband, TV, TNT Sports, Mobile. Then under them i have Content partners, which has XBox Game pass ultime with an add button. Then under that is the "Included in your product" which has BT WIFI.

Could it be linked to your previous Broadband plan? 

You may be best to call Customer Service so a member of the team can check your Xbox subscription, and help you get it cancelled if necessary.
