Can anyone help. I received an email saying click to claim my rewards gift card. But when I click to claim and log in nothing happens I am not getting a response email telling me how to activate the gift card. Thanks

me to, I do have same problem.
You need to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.
If you are out of that you will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.
1. As new customer it must be 14 days passed since you have been connected.
2. In web search engine type BT Help then choose
- Account and Billing
- Broadband
- Message now
3. In BT Message Us window, after “Hello, I’m BT’s digital assistant ✋. How can I help you” type:
BT digital reward and send it
4. From the options which will come out, choose Technical Support, send it.
5. Again, from the options, choose Broadband .
6. Then again , choose option Something else, send it.
7. Then someone should answer you so you can chat about BT Reward claim issue.
I was connected with Deb, firstly, then she transferred me to Ujjwal and he checked, explained and pushed my case forward. Now I am waiting to see if it going to be post it to me.
Now I am waiting for letter with card inside.
