I've just switched from Sky Superfast Broadband to BT. I switched through Moneysupermarket.com. The package offered a £100 reward card. I have read that the offer to claim was only available after the 14 day cooling off period. On my BT account it states I have no rewards available. I have never received a link via email either. Can anyone help with this situation.
