Hi, my BT fibre has been activated today and I have had an email to say I can claim the X-box game pass by clicking on the content partner section. However I cannot find this. I've read through a few threads and believe it maybe something to do with me having multiple BT acc numbers from old accounts. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry you're having problems claiming your Xbox pass. Are you trying to claim using the app or via your MyBT?

Hi @Jimeoli lately I've seen it take up to a week for the content partners to appear after the order is completed, but the old account numbers could be causing an issue. I'll send you a private message and we'll be happy to get those removed.
