Can't find where to redeem reward card

Hi! 

I received my confirmation that I can claim my reward card for purchasing my broadband package ("Your virtual reward card is ready to claim"), but whenever I follow the link and log in through it, I see no prompt to collect it. Am I missing it somewhere on the homepage?
