Can’t get the deal.

  I have just canceled my contract with EE after speaking to someone at BT. I was advised to cancel then buy this offer separately as it wasn’t offered on the BT site. I cannot get the deal because the page errors when I try to buy the deal from my basket.

Have you tried using a different browser?

It may be the deal is only for new customers and EE customers are not classed as new customers.
