I have broadband already, trying to add TV, got an email with an offer to add tv with netflix, sport etc to my package. but everytime I checkout it's just "sorry" and doesn't go through. tried it on several devices and cleared cookies.
any ideas why it won't go through?
Nope. Been a customer for around 15 years and my latest installation was a few months ago. Nothing outstanding.
Any ideas? I tried to call up to order it, but after an hour of being in a queue I gave up. For a communications company it's very hard to actually get hold of anyone.
Sometimes I find that that can happen when using, for example, Microsoft Edge as a browser and yet the same site works perfectly with Firefox.
Just a thought.
