Can't see personalised offers.

Hi, i was just trying to see what offers they are has my broadband ends in a few days and i get a message "Sorry, we can't show you any personalised deals at the moment. But there's nothing to stop you checking out our current offers for broadband, TV, landline and TNT Sports".

I click on standard deals and it just goes around and around with the same message. I do have 2 bt account numbers but one I haven't used in a long time (5 years or more) and I'm clicking on the right account and I even tried via the app and same deal. this wasn't happening a few months ago when I looked. I was hoping to find a deal before my broadband ends in a few days!

Try phoning the retention team 08007831401 and see what you can negotiate
