My bill used to list payments for Netflix etc, but nothing now, just the total due

You should still see a breakdown of charges when you click on your bill in your My BT. Can you view the bills or are you getting an error message?

For me when I log in I can go to bills and then I can download a pdf which (being as old as I am) I always print and place on my paper file each month (this is for my landline and broadband charges). My pdf bill has a section on page 5 of 6 called "What you used - the detail" and then it gives the outgoing telephone number and numbers of calls I made However that is calls made from the landline but the charges like netflix mentioned in the post
I just get the total I have to pay, not netflix or other extras I have
I don't make any outgoing calls, just use it for incoming
