Hi, I am trying to sign into My Bt to manage account, but keeps them going to email. I have tried clearing cache etc.
Hi @RoweB, sorry you're having trouble managing your account online and getting diverted to the email account.
First check that the email address you are using is the BTID registered email address and check you've claimed the account holder status:
Log in to MyBT

Thanks unfortunately when I sign into my BT it bypasses Dasboard etc and straight to email
