I’ve switched provider last week and no longer need tv package. Does this automatically cancel or do I need to let BT know? In my account for broadband it still says my next bill is due in September? Thanks

Do you have an activation date from your new provider? Once they take over the line your services with BT should cease. If there are any problems with the cease I can help. I'll drop you over a private message now in case you need to get in touch.

If you are just looking to cancel your BT TV package then you would need to contact us to arrange this.
If you are moving your broadband, phone number and TV to another supplier then this would happen automatically unless you are moving over to Virgin.
